What does Appraise Rent provide?
Appraise Rent provides Rental Analysis Reports. Each report includes an estimated market rent, property condition details, and data that a professional reviewed.
Is this a formal property valuation?
No. This service analyzes rental data and estimates market rent. It does not provide certified valuations for loans or other financial transactions.
How much does a property order cost?
One report costs $99. Two reports cost $179. Three reports cost $229.
When will I receive my report?
We complete reports after payment and professional review. Delivery time varies with our workload and the property complexity.
What if my property is not on Zillow?
Use the . We analyze it with the same process as a standard order.
A property that Zillow does not list may take longer to process. We will issue a refund if we cannot find usable property data.
What photos should I upload for a custom order?
Upload landscape photos of the front, rear, backyard, living room, and kitchen. Include at least one bedroom and one bathroom.
Can I track my order status?
Yes. The Orders and Dashboard pages show payment status, order updates, and completed reports.
Can I request a refund?
Email info@appraiserent.com with refund or billing questions. We review each request separately.
